B. Professional Development
This involves tranformational work with individual educational and school cultures as well as diverse organizational cultures to develop a culture of creative practice through application of strategies for personal creative development, professionial creative practice and the design of environments that support a culture of creativity. Focus is placed on development of creative maturity through creative process competencies, collaborative competencies, and leadership and change competencies. Professional Development Sessions can be shorter term and specifically focused, however comprehensive culture transformation requires a substantial time window of sustained engagement and coaching.
